LCM Production & Publishing LLC (“LCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers products that may be produced, printed, packaged, shipped, or fulfilled by LCM and/or independent third-party providers.
PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Processing or production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Certain LCM products are produced on demand after an order is submitted and therefore require production time before shipment.
Estimated processing, shipment, or delivery timeframes displayed on a product page, cart, checkout, order communication, or other transaction-specific location are based on information reasonably available to LCM and its fulfillment providers at the time.
Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMING
Most made-to-order merchandise is typically produced and submitted for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days after an order is placed.
Transit time varies based on the product, destination, shipping method, fulfillment location, carrier, and other circumstances. Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout, and transit estimates may be provided when available. Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, production, shipping, and delivery timeframes are estimates.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT
LCM may use independent printers, manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, book printers, distribution providers, fulfillment companies, and shipping carriers.
The providers used may change as LCM's products and operations evolve.
Orders containing more than one product may:
- be produced by different facilities;
- arrive in separate packages;
- ship at different times;
- originate from different locations; or
- receive more than one tracking number.
LCM remains the customer-service contact for products purchased directly from LCM even when an independent provider produces or ships the item.
BOOKS AND PUBLISHING PRODUCTS
Books sold directly by LCM may be printed or fulfilled by LCM or by independent printing, publishing, distribution, or fulfillment providers.
Books purchased directly from an outside retailer, marketplace, bookstore, or distributor are generally subject to that seller's applicable ordering, fulfillment, shipping, return, and customer-service procedures for that transaction.
SHIPPING DELAYS
LCM will use reasonable efforts to provide shipment expectations supported by information available from its production and fulfillment providers.
If LCM learns that merchandise purchased directly from LCM cannot be shipped within an applicable represented shipment period, LCM will provide any delay notice, opportunity to consent to a delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
CARRIER TRANSIT
Carrier transit times can be affected by weather, service interruptions, holidays, destination, customs processing, and other circumstances outside LCM's reasonable control.
Unless LCM expressly offers a guaranteed delivery service, carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact customerservice@lcmpp.com promptly if an address correction is needed.
LCM cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.
TRACKING
Tracking information may be provided when available from the applicable fulfillment provider or carrier.
Tracking availability and timing may vary by product, provider, and destination.
LOST, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers with an LCM-direct order that appears lost or arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect should contact:
LCM may request the order number, photographs, tracking information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the issue.
LCM will work with the applicable production, fulfillment, or shipping provider as appropriate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When international shipping is offered, availability and delivery times may vary by destination.
International shipments may also be subject to customs processing, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country requirements.
Unless collected or otherwise stated at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar destination-country fees.
Customer responsibility for such charges will be disclosed where reasonably possible and as required.
