These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of lcmpp.com and certain products, information, and services offered by LCM Production & Publishing LLC (“LCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Use of the website is subject to these Terms and to any additional agreement or policy applicable to a particular transaction or service.

LCM provides products and professional services that may include publishing, graphic design, desktop publishing, creative production, photography, notarial services, merchandise, and other offerings identified on the website.

Information appearing on the website does not, by itself, create a professional-services engagement or require LCM to accept a particular project.

Certain services require a separate proposal, publishing agreement, service agreement, statement of work, authorization, release, waiver, or other written document.

If a signed service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms concerning the applicable service, the service-specific agreement controls to the extent of that conflict unless that agreement expressly states otherwise.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and options may change.

LCM may correct genuine pricing, description, availability, or technical errors and may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required refund obligation.

Purchases from LCM are also subject to the applicable Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy.

LCM may use Shopify and other independent commerce or payment providers to process transactions.

Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms, privacy practices, fraud-prevention measures, and processing requirements.

LCM may use independent service providers in connection with its products and services, including printers, manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, retailers, publishing platforms, book distributors, metadata or identifier providers, communication providers, cloud or technology providers, and professional advisers.

LCM does not control the independent operations, continued availability, policies, or decisions of third-party providers.

Nothing in this section eliminates an obligation that applicable law places directly on LCM.

Unless otherwise identified, LCM owns or licenses the branding, original website content, graphics, text, design elements, and other protected material appearing on lcmpp.com.

Such material may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization or another lawful basis.

Ownership and permitted use of client-specific publishing, design, photography, creative, or other work are determined by the applicable agreement, license, release, copyright transfer, or other written instrument.

These general Website Terms do not automatically transfer a client's copyright or ownership interest to LCM.

By providing manuscripts, photographs, artwork, logos, text, documents, files, or other materials to LCM, you represent that you possess the rights, permissions, licenses, or authority reasonably necessary to provide those materials for the requested purpose.

Submission of material alone does not transfer ownership to LCM unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Publishing services may involve independent printers, retailers, distributors, publishing platforms, metadata providers, identifier agencies, fulfillment companies, and other third parties.

Availability through a distribution channel does not guarantee retail placement, physical stocking, promotion, sales volume, search ranking, profitability, continued platform availability, or any particular commercial result.

Title-specific matters such as publishing rights, distribution rights, ISBN responsibility, royalties or publisher compensation, retailer returns, metadata administration, and termination are governed by the applicable publishing agreement or project documentation.

Information concerning notarial services is provided for general information and scheduling purposes and is not legal advice.

A notary does not select a notarial act for a signer or provide legal advice.

Eligibility for a requested notarization may depend upon the document, requested notarial act, signer, identification, physical location, applicable law, technology, platform requirements, and other relevant circumstances.

Submitting a Notary inquiry does not guarantee that a requested document or transaction is eligible for notarization.

LCM will perform accepted work according to the applicable agreement and scope of work.

LCM does not guarantee sales, audience response, rankings, retailer acceptance, publication performance, profitability, business results, or other outcomes dependent upon customers, audiences, third-party providers, market conditions, algorithms, retailer decisions, or circumstances outside LCM's reasonable control.

Any specific deliverable or performance commitment undertaken by LCM will be identified in the applicable written agreement or scope of work.

You may not use the website or LCM systems to:

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private files, systems, or administrative areas;
• interfere with normal website operation;
• transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent authority;
• violate intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• submit unlawful material; or
• use LCM systems for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

LCM may update these Website Terms prospectively as operations, services, technology, or requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date identifies the current public version.

Updating these general Website Terms does not, by itself, amend an existing signed service agreement unless that agreement provides a lawful method for amendment.
